These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Iyrah website and all purchases made through our online store. By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are using the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Iyrah reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will become effective immediately upon being published on the website.
2. Products
We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, texture, embroidery, print placement, or fabric appearance may occur due to lighting, photography, screen settings, and handcrafted production techniques.
All measurements provided on the website are approximate and may have minor manufacturing variations.
3. Custom-Made Products
Iyrah specializes in made-to-order and custom-crafted garments.
As every garment is prepared specifically for the customer:
- Orders cannot be modified once production has started.
- Customized or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled after confirmation.
- Returns or exchanges are not accepted for custom-made garments unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Customers are requested to carefully review size, color, and product details before placing an order.
4. Pricing
All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Iyrah reserves the right to revise prices, discontinue products, or modify promotional offers at any time without prior notice.
5. Order Confirmation
Once an order is placed, customers will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS.
Iyrah reserves the right to:
- Cancel any order due to pricing errors or inventory issues.
- Refuse orders suspected of fraudulent activity.
- Request additional verification before processing an order.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.
6. Payment
We accept secure online payments through the payment methods available on our website.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for eligible orders and locations.
Iyrah reserves the right to refuse COD service for certain PIN codes or customers with repeated order rejections.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are generally processed within our production timeline and delivered within 10–15 working days, depending on the delivery location.
Shipping Charges:
- Free Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹6,500.
- A non-refundable shipping charge of ₹150 applies to prepaid orders below ₹6,500.
- A non-refundable shipping charge of ₹250 applies to Cash on Delivery orders below ₹4,500.
- Cash on Delivery is available only for orders up to ₹4,500.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
8. Cancellation Policy
- Orders may only be cancelled before production begins.
- Once production has started, no cancellation requests will be accepted.
- Custom-made garments cannot be cancelled after order confirmation.
- If Iyrah cancels an order due to operational reasons, customers will receive a full refund.
9. Return & Exchange Policy
We want every customer to have a satisfying shopping experience.
Eligible returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if:
- The product is damaged during transit.
- The wrong product has been delivered.
- The item has a verified manufacturing defect.
Products must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- Unaltered
- Returned with original packaging and tags intact.
Items that will not be accepted for return or exchange include:
- Custom-made garments.
- Products purchased during clearance or special sale events.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or washing.
- Items without original tags or packaging.
Iyrah reserves the right to inspect returned merchandise before approving any return or exchange.
10. Refund Policy
Once a return is approved, refunds will be processed through:
- The original payment method (Bank/Card/UPI), or
- Store Credit, depending on the nature of the order and customer preference.
Refund processing generally takes 7–10 business days after approval.
Shipping charges and Cash on Delivery fees are non-refundable.
11. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available only for eligible locations and orders up to ₹4,500.
Iyrah reserves the right to disable COD for customers who repeatedly reject or fail to accept deliveries.
Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in future orders being accepted only through prepaid payment.
12. Intellectual Property
All website content including photographs, product images, logos, graphics, product descriptions, designs, branding, and text are the exclusive property of Iyrah.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used commercially without prior written permission from Iyrah.
13. User Responsibilities
Customers agree to provide accurate and complete information while placing orders.
Providing false information or attempting fraudulent transactions may result in cancellation of orders and restriction from future purchases.
14. Limitation of Liability
Iyrah shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delays, misuse of products, courier issues, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the purchased product.
15. Privacy
Customer information collected through the website is used solely for order processing, customer support, and improving our services.
Personal information will never be sold or shared with third parties except where necessary to complete transactions or comply with legal requirements.
16. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from the use of this website or purchases made through it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
