Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days.
- Depending on your location, your order will be delivered within 10–15 business days from the date of dispatch.
- Delivery timelines may vary slightly during festivals, public holidays, or due to unforeseen courier delays.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders with a minimum order value of ₹6,500.
- For prepaid orders below ₹6,500, a non-refundable shipping charge of ₹150 will apply.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders below ₹4,500, a non-refundable shipping charge of ₹250 will apply.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for orders up to ₹4,500.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver every order on time, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as courier disruptions, weather conditions, or unforeseen operational issues.
If your order is affected by any delay, Iyrah will keep you informed and, where applicable, process any eligible refund or resolution within a reasonable timeframe.
